DOG PARK RULES

We want everyone to enjoy Fundenpaws Dog Park, that's why we ask you to follow some simple guidelines during your hire, we also ask all customers to read and agree to our terms and conditions ahead of booking, a copy can be found here. 

Our Park

Do check our Park is suitable for your dog(s) before letting them off their lead. If your dog(s) can jump a two-metre fence our Park is not suitable. ​

Do leave our Park as you find it, dog poo bins are provided. General waste should be taken home. 

Do bring water with you, our Park does not have running water. 

Do close all gates behind you. 

Do report any maintenance issues to us.

Do take caution of uneven ground and hazards within the park. 

Do be considerate of our neighbours, and keep barking and noise to a minimum.

Do make use of our field shelter and picnic benches. 

Customers do not have permission to walk the surrounding field margin and farmland. 

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, children must supervised at all times. 

We respectfully ask you not to smoke or vape within our grounds. 

No BBQs or open fires.

No more than 6 dogs per booking. 

Please note there are no toilet facilities on site.

Do not arrive without an appointment.

Please note our dog park is unlit, should you be using the park at dusk a torch is recommended.

Arriving & departing

Do ensure you arrive punctually.

Do wait in the holding car park until the previous customer leaves. 

Do lock the main gate on departure, even if a customer is waiting in the holding car park. 

Do be considerate of other dog owners who may have anxious or reactive dogs. 

Do keep dog(s) on a lead in our car park area. 

Do be aware that vehicles and contents are left at the owner's own risk. 

Do not overstay your allocated time. 

Do not cause any obstruction on New Road, please make use of our holding car park. 

Do not enter our main gate if there are other customers in the field or car park. 

Dogs

Do ensure your dog(s) are up to date with current recommended vaccines, flea, tick, and worming treatments before using our park. 

Do ensure dogs are supervised at all times and not left unattended. 

Do have suitable pet insurance to cover the period of hire, including third-party liability. 

Do ensure all precautions are taken to prevent any dog(s) escaping. In the unlikely event of an escaped dog, contact us immediately. 

Do not use our park if your dog(s) is showing any signs of illness, vomiting, or diarrhea. 

Heavy or hard handling of dogs is not permitted - this includes both verbal and physical treatment. 

Do not allow dogs to dig holes in our park. 

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for escaped dogs. 

Agility Equipment

Do encourage your dogs to have fun and make use of our agility equipment. 

Do ensure dogs are supervised at all times when using the agility equipment. 

Do assess the suitability of the equipment before allowing dogs to use it. 

Our dog equipment is for dog use only and strictly prohibited for human use.

Do not sit or climb on our dog agility equipment. 

XL Bullies

XL Bullies are permitted to use Fundenpaws Dog Park. 

Owners must email a copy of their exemptions prior to booking.

XL Bullies must stay on a lead and muzzled until securely in the Dog Park with the main gate closed and locked. 

Bookings must be single household only with a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 1 dog. 

Adhere to your scheduled start and end time, to ensure no cross over between other customers. 

Booking & Cancellation

Book using our online booking form.

Do contact us if you have not received an email with your gate code at least 2 hours ahead of your booking. 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at any time essential. 

You can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before your booking time and receive a refund. 

You can manage or cancel your booking through your account. 

Do not share the gate code with others. We update the code regularly. 

Refunds will not be issued if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
